How we use your information

Data Insight Cambodia collects the information you submit to manage your course and webinar registrations, send event access details and reminders, prevent duplicate or abusive registrations, and share relevant educational or community updates when you consent.

For the AI Major Adviser, students may complete the assessment anonymously and view results without providing email, Telegram, or phone information. Assessment answers are used to calculate major-fit, academic-readiness, demand, future-outlook, and university-availability scores. Sensitive personal information is not used to decide whether a major suits a student.

If you choose to save results, the platform may store an anonymous student ID, assessment date, language, grade, province or city, question responses, calculated scores, shortlisted majors, recommended universities, and action-plan status. Contact information remains optional and is kept separate from general analytics.

Registration records are stored securely and are available only to authorized administrators. We do not publish your personal information or sell it to third-party marketing platforms.

You can unsubscribe from updates, delete saved results where available, or leave our communities at any time. Contact Data Insight Cambodia through our official Telegram channel if you want to ask about, correct, or request deletion of your information.
